Our hassle free self check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is 10am.

The Courtyard suite has a one night minimum stay during the week (Sun - Thurs), and two nights minimum stay each weekend (Fri-Sat).

The Terrace has a two night minimum stay.

Both suites have longer stay requirements during long weekends and Christmas holiday period. Check availability and rates for further detail.

We are dog friendly (up to two well behaved dogs) in both The Terrace and The Courtyard suites. For all information about your furry friends stay, check out our Dog Friendly Guidebook. We do not take any other pets/animals.

Tilba Coastal Retreat is Adults only accommodation across all suites.

All suites are supplied with linen, extra blankets and pillows, towels and complimentary hand made bath products. All suites have fully equipped kitchen or kitchenettes, microwave, fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with a start pack of coffee pods. Pots, pans, plates, glassware, platters etc. Also included is tea/coffee/sugar, salt and pepper, spray olive oil, foil, baking paper, cling wrap, Earth cleaning products, first aid kit and insect repellent.

Mobile reception can be unreliable, Telstra and Optus are the best providers for the area, whilst Vodafone has fairly poor coverage in the Tilba region. NBN Wi-Fi is available on the property, and is generally very good, but can occasionally be affected by weather conditions.

There is on-site parking for all guests. Signage indicates your designated spot/s.

Credit card surcharges are non-refundable. All notices of cancellation must be made in writing.

Regular season bookings:

• Full refund for up to 14 days before check-in

• 50% refund from 14 to 7 days before check-in

• 0% refund if cancelled after that

High season bookings:

• Full refund for up to 30 days before check-in

• 50% refund from 30 to 7 days before check-in

• 0% refund if cancelled after that

Payment Schedule:

• 100% of total room tariff at time of booking

Payment Options:

• Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and AMEX

• 1.5% surcharge on VISA and Mastercard

• 2.4% surcharge on AMEX

No, we do not have EV charging stations onsite. Slow charging from any power points on the property is strictly prohibited. There are EV charging stations at the Narooma Plaza shopping centre.
